Meet Your Advisors

 

Manisha Master is the Advising Manager for the School of Historical, Philosophical and Religious Studies. Manisha earned her Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Spanish and Business and a Master’s in Higher and Postsecondary Education, both from Arizona State University. Prior to joining the School of Historical, Philosophical and Religious Studies, Manisha worked as an Evaluator in Undergraduate Admissions and as an Academic Advisor for students in the Bachelor of Liberal Studies online degree completion program. She has had an interest in advising since she was an undergraduate and really enjoys the opportunity to work with students throughout their university experience. Manisha.Master@asu.edu

 

 

Michael Currey joined the School of Historical, Philosophical and Religious Studies advising staff in Fall of 2010. He holds Master's degrees in Philosophy and History from Bowling Green State University in Ohio and has extensive experience in a variety of positions in higher education, including academic advisor, program coordinator, and curriculum analyst. Carole Gallucci is an Academic Advisor in the School of Historical, Philosophical and Religious Studies. A Fulbright scholar, she earned a PhD, two Master's degrees and a Bachelor's degree. She has worked in higher education as a college professor, Resident Director abroad in Italy, and an Academic Advisor. Carole is a Buddhist chaplain, published author and poet. Marcos Enriquez Jr. is an Academic Success Specialist in the School of Historical, Philosophical and Religious Studies. Marcos is originally from the West Phoenix area around the city of Tolleson. After high school, he went to Northern Arizona University and received his BA in English with a minor in Ethnic Studies. From Flagstaff he then moved to Tucson and worked for the University of Arizona while also completing his MEd in Human Relations from NAU again! After 10 years away, Marcos has returned to the Valley of the Sun and enjoys informing Sun Devils of all their options so they can make informed decisions with their academic career. Marcos.Enriquez@asu.edu

 

 

Amy Kaiman is an Academic Success Specialist in the School of Historical, Philosophical and Religious Studies. She holds a BA degree in English Literature from the City College of New York, and a MS in Education in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from Lehman College. She served as a Career and Internship Advisor at Lehman College in New York City, and has been teaching English since 2001. Most recently, she served as an educator for ASU’s Global Launch Program, helping international students prepare for their degree programs. She loves to give advice, and looks forward to helping students explore their options and make decisions about their futures. Amy.Kaiman@asu.edu
